All types of clean air cabinets, fume cupboards and LEV serviced / validated / verified

We understand the critical role that LEV and clean air / ventilated equipment plays in ensuring personnel and product safety. Correctly operating equipment will help protect the operator and or product from potentially harmful or unwanted airborne contamination such as dust and fine particles.

We perform service, verification / validation of the following equipment:

  • Fume cupboards
  • LEVs including ventilated workstations and cabinets, and capture hoods such as Nederman arms, dust and fume extractors etc.
  • Class II microbiological safety cabinets
  • Pharmaceutical isolators
  • Laminar flow benches
  • PCR cabinets
  • Weighstation enclosures
  • Fume cupboards
  • Downflow booths

Why servicing is so important

Proper routine testing and maintenance of your LEV equipment is extremely important. Not only is it a legal (HSE) and/or QA process driven requirement, but ensuring that equipment is working correctly, to design or other specifications, helps flag any potential failure points in equipment.

Testing can mean that remedial action is put into place in advance of a major failure that could mean harm to a person or product.

Contact us to schedule a servicing appointment or discuss your specific requirements.
